Terms of Use
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OmniToolHub, you agree to these Terms of Use. If something here doesn't sit right with you, the simplest path forward is to stop using the site. We're not asking for a signature or an account registration — your continued use of the tools is your acceptance. If you're under the age where you can legally form a binding agreement in your country, you'll need a parent or guardian to review these terms with you before you use the site.
Description of Services
This platform gives you access to a collection of online utilities: calculators for math, physics, chemistry, finance, and health; PDF merging and converter tools; image converters and compressor; QR and barcode generators; and assorted productivity helpers. We aim to keep most of these tools free and open for use by individuals and businesses, though that could shift down the road if circumstances require it.
The lineup isn't fixed. We might add new tools, retire ones that aren't getting much use, tweak how a calculator works, or redesign parts of the site. We'll try not to pull the rug out from under anyone, but we do reserve the right to make those changes without advance notice.
Permitted Use
You're welcome to use our tools for personal projects, schoolwork, professional tasks, and general business needs. In other words, if you're crunching mortgage numbers, resizing product photos, or generating a QR code for a flyer, you're exactly the kind of user we built this for.
Here's what crosses the line. Don't use the site to host or spread malware. Don't attempt to break into systems, scrape our entire toolset with bots, flood the servers with automated requests that degrade performance for everyone else, or repurpose the tools as part of anything unlawful. Common sense applies: if you're doing something that would make a reasonable infrastructure engineer wince, don't do it.
Accuracy and Informational Use
Our tools run on published formulas, standard libraries, and the best logic we know how to write. But no calculator is perfect. Rounding differences happen. A formula might use assumptions that don't match your specific scenario. Bugs slip through — we fix them when we spot them, but we can't promise zero errors.
Treat the output as a helpful starting point, not the final word. Before you act on a financial projection, a dosage calculation, a structural load estimate, or anything else where the stakes are high, run the numbers through another source. Consult a qualified professional if the situation calls for it. We build tools, not professional advice, and the responsibility for verifying results rests with you.
Intellectual Property
The code, design, layout, logo, written content, and tool interfaces on this site are our work or are licensed to us. Copyright and other intellectual property laws protect those elements. You're free to use the tools and their outputs, but you can't clone the site wholesale, repackage our tools as your own, or redistribute large chunks of our content without talking to us first.
Small-scale sharing — a screenshot of a result, a link to a specific calculator — is fine and doesn't need permission. If you're unsure whether something crosses the line, reach out and ask.
User Content and Uploaded Files
Several of our tools let you upload files: PDFs for merging or compression, images for conversion or resizing. When you upload a file, you're confirming that you have the right to use it — that it's yours, or you've got permission, or it's freely available for what you're doing with it. Don't upload files that contain illegal material, copyrighted content you don't own, personal data belonging to someone else, or anything malicious.
We process uploaded files on our servers to deliver the tool's function. After processing finishes, temporary copies get wiped automatically, usually within a short window measured in minutes or hours. We don't claim ownership of anything you upload, and we don't mine your files for data. Still, if the contents are sensitive, consider whether a local offline tool might be a better fit for that particular job.
Third-Party Links and Services
The site sometimes links to external websites, products, or services — either because we think they're genuinely useful or because they're part of our advertising setup. Clicking one of those links means you're leaving our site, and the privacy practices, terms, and content on the other side are the other party's responsibility. We don't vet every page those links point to, and we can't guarantee what you'll find there.
Advertisements and Affiliate Disclosure
Running this site costs money — servers, bandwidth, development time. To help cover those costs, we display advertisements and participate in affiliate programs. Some links on the site may earn us a small commission if you click through and make a purchase. That doesn't change the price you pay, and it doesn't influence which tools we build or how they work. We mention this transparently because you deserve to know how the site sustains itself.
Service Availability
We make the site available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We put genuine effort into uptime and reliability, but we can't promise uninterrupted access. Servers need maintenance. Traffic spikes happen. Third-party infrastructure sometimes has problems we can't control. Bugs occasionally take a tool offline while we sort them out.
If a tool is down when you need it, we understand the frustration. It's not our intent to leave anyone in the lurch, but we can't guarantee the site will be available at all times or error-free.
Legal and General Provisions
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are
governed by and
interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to
these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts located in Madhya Pradesh, India.
No Warranties
The site and all tools are provided on an "as
is" and "as
available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes,
but is not limited to, warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a
particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the tools will be
error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by
applicable
law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the site
shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the services. We are not liable for any
indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited
to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
To the fullest extent that applicable law allows, we are not liable for any loss, damage, expense, or injury that results from your use of the site or from decisions you make based on its output. That includes direct losses, indirect losses, lost data, lost revenue, and the consequences of inaccurate calculations.
You use the tools at your own discretion and risk. If a calculator gives you a wrong number and you act on it, we share the frustration — but not the legal responsibility. The tools are meant to save you time, not to replace due diligence.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold
harmless the
site, its owners, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses,
or expenses arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or
infringement of any third-party rights.
Prohibited Uses (Expanded)
In addition to the restrictions
listed
above, you agree not to:
-
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the site or tools
-
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract large amounts of data or overload the servers
-
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the tools without permission
-
Interfere with the proper functioning or security of the platform
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be
invalid or
unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use constitute the entire
agreement
between you and us regarding the use of the site and supersede any prior agreements or
understandings.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or
delay in
performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited
to natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or technical failures.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the
tools and
for any outcomes resulting from that use. This includes verifying results before making
decisions based on them.
Changes to the Terms
We update these terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page changes. For minor tweaks — clarifying a sentence, fixing a typo — we'll just publish the revision. For anything more substantial, we may add a notice on the site for a reasonable period.
Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a change doesn't work for you, you can always stop using the site.
Termination or Restrictions
We reserve the right to block or restrict access for anyone who abuses the platform or violates these terms. That's not something we do lightly, and in most cases, we'd rather resolve an issue through a conversation. But if someone is degrading the experience for other users or using the tools in a way that's harmful, we'll act. The goal is keeping the site functional and safe for everyone else.
Contact Information
Questions about these terms, or concerns about how a tool is working, are welcome. Send us a message at the contact email listed on our website, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. We read everything we receive, even if we can't always respond immediately.
Thanks for reading through this. It's not the most exciting document in the world, but it keeps things clear and fair for both sides.
